    Just wanted to chime in on the seat assignment question re: Trevor’s positive experience with BA and Sam replied that Trevor doesn’t have kids. We have 2 kids in our family and have flown BA a lot and we always have perfect fine seat assignments We are always either in the same row or 2+2 in consecutive rows. I think that it works because hardly anyone can get their seats assigned ahead of time, so it can actually be done in a more efficient way.
    Totally agree on all of the seat assignment related grievances, though.

      Hmm good point…it seems logical that not letting people choose/assigning late would help the issue
